District Offers New Bill Payment Option

Star Sewer and Water District customers now have another option for paying their monthly water and sewer bills. In partnership with its online payment vendor, the District is giving customers the ability to pay by telephone – seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

The pay-by-phone method is simple and efficient. Customers can call the toll-free number 1-866-392-0994 to engage the automated system. To proceed with payments, customers must provide their account number to get information on their balance and payment due date. A series of prompts will enable customers to make payments with a variety of methods, including credit/debit card or eCheck.

The pay-by-phone option is the latest effort on our part to give customers more options and flexibility in managing their District account. This option offers service in English and Spanish, and an option for speaking with a real person, simply by dialing 1-800-720-6847.
